Gower’s south coast is known as the ‘wrecker’s coast’ and has a history as long as a conger eel and is filled with characters twice as slippery! Learn about pirates in the most fun way possible, by taking the plunge!
What’s involved?
With hidden caves and secret steps an adrenaline fuelled Coasteering journey has never been so interesting. Swimming, scrambling and jumping your way through our breath taking scenery is a must for any adventurous Gower visitor. This is an activity you won’t forget at a venue you won’t believe.
Can I do it?
Coasteering is suitable for most people and can be adapted for all abilities. Our personal flotation devices are lightweight and easy to transport and will make paddling and swimming a dream, whilst our modern wetsuits utilise the best materials to keep you in the water for longer.
We allow a bit of time for kitting up and getting to the venue and then we let you spend as little or as much time as you need jumping, swimming and posing for selfies – the views are incredible.
What do I need to bring?
- Warm clothes
- Old trainers
- Waterproof top
- Swimwear
- Swim trunks (outside your wetsuit)
- Towel
- Drink
- Medications eg. sunscreen, asthma pump
- Packed lunch (dependent on plans for the day).
We provide
- All coasteering equipment
- Wetsuits
- All safety equipment
Can I have more than one lesson?
Yes, you could book a block of 4 lessons which will allow you to experience a range of coaster spots and take part in leading some of your final sessions (the price per lesson drops to £30 when booking 4 lessons).
