We have been working closely with schools, colleges and youth groups for over 30 years and are vastly experienced in putting together bespoke programmes specific to an organisation’s needs.
Residentials
We can offer residential trips for anywhere between 10 and 50 pupils. Usually we encourage organisations to opt in to a week long residential to really develop skills and understanding, whilst some organisations opt for a split week option to accommodate greater class sizes.
During a residential trip we will have constant dialogue before and during the stay with teachers/leaders to ascertain the desired learning outcomes and whether there are any curriculum requirements. Our residential trips focus on providing individual and team skills, developing on understanding and appreciation of the surrounding environment, and putting smiles on faces.

Day activities
Whether it’s working towards GCSE PE modules, John Muir Award, Duke of Edinburgh Award, or any qualifications we can put in place training and development days. Likewise, if you are just after a fun and exciting day to reward young people and give them experiences they will never forget then Gower is the place to be.
Pupil Referral Unit provision
Sometimes organisations have all the resources they need at their fingertips and either don’t realise or are nervous to undertake outdoor activities. Gower Activity Centres offer an advice service whereby we will visit organisations and develop session plans based around outdoor and nearby spaces, and deliver training and resources to staff.
